Top 5 Desserts for your Valentine

Here's what we're craving this Valentine's Day:

1.  Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Torte--The deep chocolate flavor and silky texture of this torte will make you swoon.  And the eye-popping and taste bud-bursting raspberries don't hurt either.

2.  White Chocolate Cherry Biscotti--These heart-shaped cookies--studded with pecans and dried cherries and drizzled with white chocolate--taste like a cross between sugar cookies and shortbread.

3.  Strawberry Cupcakes--Nothing could be more perfect for Valentine's Day than sweet, pink cupcakes.  Except maybe sweet, pink ice cream...
